Health Journeys Foundation presents New Zealands' first integrative medicine retreat, the 'help me to heal' programme held at a relaxing venue. 

Our programme works with and is endorsed by the medical profession and so we can utilise all aspects of healing (Integrative Medicine) to YOUR advantage. Having cancer is one of the most stressful times in your life - DESTRESSING does help, as does high nutrient eating, graduated exercise, massage, reflexology, reiki, mindfulness meditation, visualisation, guided imagery and health counselling. By boosting your immune system these tools enable you to boost your self-healing.

All these components are part of the "help me to heal" programme - the programme which will place you well on the road to recovery.
