Integrative medicine

Our programmes have been endorsed by New Zealand Oncologists and Cancer Surgeons and should be considered in conjunction with mainstream medical advice. The programmes have also been peer reviewed against best practice of integrative medicine of Duke University in USA.

Our work has also brought us into close contact with QE Health of Rotorua. We are inspired by QE Health to promote the Holistic Health Assesments and to promote the Health Change Process Workshops.

‘Often referred to as the ‘whole person' approach, Integrative Medicine is a comprehensive approach to health and wellness that combines the best of conventional and alternative medicine, with attention paid to all aspects of a person's wellbeing - body, mind and spirit. Integrative Medicine joins patients and their healthcare providers in a partnership, with the understanding that each individual has a significant, innate capacity for healing that can be supported and enhanced, leading to better health and happiness. It recognises that each of us needs to take charge of own health, and it urges everyone to take advantage of the full range of healing resources available to us. It has been called the medicine of the future.'
